Interesting read
I thought it was interesting read though it focuses more on traditional smoking methods but it was definitely worth reading

Great addition to outdoor cooking
Very nice book; fulf of very promising recipes.I've already built my smoker and can't wait for the summer! When I get this thing going on the yard I think that my neighbours will become really close friends!
