Snug fit and comfy
The foam is too soft but not saggy, it has adequate firmness to hold your head in position but not as firm to hurt your neck. The memory of the foam is good as it retains shape well. Overall a worthy product.

It is actually memory foam!
Go for it! It is a soft memory foam. Very comfortable. Cover has a zip and is removable. Packed well. Was worried if it would actually be memory foam or just says so in description buy it is memory foam! Got at a great price.

Order came in really great packaging. The product looks super good and has finish in the material. Best thing about this is it comes with a cover. Not so great in terms of comfort. I’ve had better neck pillows.
