The media could not be loaded. No leakage, hard case.

Good for health but takes time
It's really difficult to hold hot tea or coffee. And even if I hold it from the base, it sometimes gets down suddenly. It takes time to get used to

It's not stand straight..product damaged...but not accepting for return..same day trying to return...but asking explanation for 200 characters...still not able to continue for return....don't buy this plz

It immediately close if put down little fast, liquid in it get away. And when it hot liquid it becomes major problem.

Nice product
Very handy and versatile. If not careful the rings collapses easily. Might need further improvements in design

Easy to carry
It's size is small than my expectations. But its ideal for keeping in purse specially when you forget to carry water bottle with you. It is steel.
