Brilliant product - Made in India. Very reliable, accurate, and full of features, and is very versatile. Display can be rotated, based on whether you are measuring right hand or left hand. There is automatic compensation for the length of the device itself - it adds the length of the device to the total tape measure (optional). Display is in cm and inches, decimals and fractions. Handy user guide, stamped warranty. Rugged build and feel. Finishing could have been better, but I am happy to ignore that. Well done FMI Limited - fantastic product, great price. Sturdy device
Good product, all convertions are digitally present. Having manual as well as digital reading helps to check accuracy.One draw back: the button has to be pressed each time to extend the tape. It helps in keeping the reading locked but I would prefer it to be freely extensible and locking manually.

Body plastic degraded and got sticky
Was a good product, sort of expensive for a tape but it had good features. But after 2 years, the entire body plastic became sticky and unusable.

Multiple units for measurement
This is possible with one button selection. Also the linear dimension for correction for the size of the dispenser is also done if needed.In my short use it is a good clear display.
