Spoiled miso pack. Color changed to dark black from light brown. Please do not buy.

The quality is good but the packet I got had merely a month ...
The quality is good but the packet I got had merely a month left on expiry despite the product being good for an year. Clearly the pack was old. I was trying miso for the first time so cannot compare yet. However, the product appears fine to me. I found it interesting but not an ingredient I'd use all the time in my soups.

Good taste and value for money! Review after 2 years
I bought this almost 2 years back and I sill have some left and it's still good. I was worried if the taste/quality would be good as the price is significantly lower than the other options available here but it turned out to be quite good!What's good● Good flavor - tastes like genuine Japanese Miso soup the costs many times more● Value for money● Stays in fridge for long time due the high salt contentWhat's not so great:● Made in China - tastes good but hope the ingredients are good..● The packaging could be improved - a ziplock package would help to store it easily.Overall I am happy with it and may buy it again.

It's good. Not too salty.
My wife is Japanese. She says this miso is good. Not too salty. But expiry date was close..... So 4 stars.
