I am writing this review after more than a year of use. Hope it can be of some help to women reading this. Mild, moderate or mildly severe pain, the patch helps. But if you have severe cramps where you vomit and painkillers also fail, the patch alone might not help. I then use it along with one painkiller, and iodex for back pain. Hot Water bag doesn't help during severe cramping, at least not me. But these patches give a gentle cooling effect. The cooling soothing effect enables you to feel much better. Before the patch I had to take 2-3 painkillers, but now only one helps so much.

Sirona pain relif patches were a good cheat for period pain. The fragrence is mix of mentol,eucalyctus and many more essential oils. Average time it works is not more than 2 hrs but it does it job when applied. Applying sirona pain relif roll on on the patches increase its duration , so tats a hack to use limited patches with long durations on one go!!!

It helps me do my daily activities without trouble

They work like a charm! Hardly any scent and easy to carry/use, the effect lasts upto 4-5 hours although it takes a little time to take. Would recommend for medium back pain
