Nature's Way Kelp 600 mg - 180 Veg Capsules

This is a known brand I use in the U.S., and I know this is a decent Kelp. Isolated supplements aren't too good for you 'cause they offset the balance of other things... so I take Kelp instead of just Iodine. You can read about why we need Kelp (Iodine) on the web (mostly due to excess intake of Fluorine, Chlorine, and Bromine). Anyway, this is a good quality supplement - expensive of course, because there is always big markup on imported products :-\ Of course there is an ocean (fishy) smell. Yes all the Kelps have it (if you find one that doesn't, don't trust it!). Just close your nose before you open the bottle, start breathing with your mouth, and don't breathe your nose again until after you have swallowed the Kelp. Easy :)

for people suffering from hypothyroid..its a must have .... and never use eltroxin or thyroxin... this is good alternative medicine for controlling thyroid without side effects

Product is as described. I've been taking it for the past month or so. Haven't noticed any differences. I mainly take it because my thyroid levels are on the low side (subclinical) and I'm vegan.

Nature's Way kelp capsules have helped to improve my energy levels tremendously. I wake up fresh and energized each morning instead of tired and worn out. I take two kelp capsules with water early in the morning. I am also shedding weight steadily on a weigh reduction program and kelp capsules are helping me in the process. Kelp capsules by themselves will not cause weight loss. For that you have to change your food habits, your daily diet and also get some exercise in. Kelp capsules boost your metabolism so that any effort towards weight reduction is successful. I definitely recommend these kelp capsules to anyone who wishes to address a sluggish metabolism. The dosage may vary from person to person. I take two capsules daily but someone else may need three or four capsules. At 54 I am going great guns for my age! I posted good review about this .Yes it works for thyroid and used for 2 years.But last 6 months or may be more than I feel extreme allergic reaction.Its not about kelp.Beacause now I am using Now foods kelp & I feel fine.
