It's still early to say if this stuff helps boost fat loss or not but I can say for sure it does give me an energy boost. I take 2 pills together in the morning with my breakfast before work. I have found myself recently able to focus easier and I do notice quite the energy boost. No more slow going to get rolling at work anymore. And then I will take a 3rd pill during lunch time. I have not had any adverse crash or anything later in the day. I'm really like the energy boost that I have gotten. We will have to see about the fat loss later down the line but I'm not expecting miracles from a pill. The idea behind a lot of these pills is that it boosts a lot in your body but you need to be able to use the boost effectively. If you just want to lose weight sitting around then look into surgery.

I started using Thermo PRO as a preworkout a few weeks ago and I love it! I do a rather intense boot camp workout - but taking 3 of the Thermo PRO capsules about 30 minutes prior to starting - helps me make it through my workout with plenty of energy. I have seen no difference in energy, appetite, or weight loss, while taking these. I am a 39 year old woman, who is trying to lose weight after sitting around trying to recover from a almost severely, but thank goodness only slightly debilitating injury. So my injury, gender, and age may play into it?

I’ve had panic attacks since I was 7 years old and this product completely stops them for me. It’s nice to have something work that’s not a medication. My vote is still out on the weight loss, but because it helps my anxiety I gave it 5 stars. Will definitely order again.

I didn't take this until a month after I bought it, it made me feel sick now I can't have a refund. most products will let you return if something happen like this . It might work for others or others might like it not me

only half way through and so far these were a complete waste of money. combined with a good diet and working out, I haven't noticed ANY difference. They must pay for the good reviews.
