Samsung Galaxy S9 Waterproof Case, IP68 Waterproof/Snowproof/Shockproof/Dirtproof, Full-Body Protective Case with Built-in Screen Protector

I really like this phone case. Very different from what I usually buy but I am pleased with the product. BUT, there is one issue that I don't like. Only days after I received the case in the mail and I started using it, I kept noticing significant scratches on the screen cover. I would think if a phone case that boasts that it is waterproof, shockproof, etc that the screen cover would be a little more durable and wouldn't scratch when placed in my back pocket or a separate section in my pocketbook.

This case is not what I expected at all. It was for sure not worth the money spent on it. Half the time the plastic part messes with the screen and my phone doesnt recognize I'm touching the screen. The buttons on the side of the case are extremely hard and stiff and I have to really press down to use the volume buttons and the other buttons on the side. Not sure why the buttons are on the case are so hard to press in. After having communication with the company, they offered to give me a refund. I really appreciated that and respect that from a company

Ordered two phone cases one blue one black. Both fit perfectly. The blue phone case when I took the charging port rubber off it just fell off. I used super glue to reapply it and has not flawlessly. I reach out to seller to let her know and she offered a replacement and other items for my inconvenience. Very impressed with seller 11/10.

The case seems pretty tough. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I am something of a klutz, so I have dropped it more than once and my phone is unscathed. I would call it more water resistant than waterproof though. I wouldn't worry about using it in the rain, but I am certainly not taking it into the pool. Of course that may just be the particular case I got or the way I put it on. It was fairly easy to put on the phone and all the buttons and ports line up. The clear back lets you show off which color S9 you have. I particularly like the built in screen protector. I am editing the score from a 4 to a 5 because the manufacturer reached out to me after reading my review and addressed my concerns. I am blown away by this level of customer service.

This is the 2nd case I've bought of this kind, just like the 1st it is super durable, water proof as it says, and definitely dust proof which is very nice! The included wristlet strap is very valuable as a free gift with the order because I drop things frequently. Also, my phone is very well protected with how well the case hugs my phone. Very shock proof. I should know, I'm always dropping my phone. I highly recommend. Only reason I bought a 2nd one after about 8 months is because I was holding my ID behind the back cover of the case, and I was constantly opening and removing it so I braced the back cover till it cracked. I created that added benefit to always have my ID lol, which obviously isn't listed as a feature of the case. But the case I highly recommend if anyone is considering. Also and lastly, the colors on the border of the front piece are just as pictured, not any lighter or darker. It's a great case!

Getting a case for the phone is difficult because of the rounded edges - my previous cover was a bit loose so that anything at the edge of the screen was difficult to select, but this case fits perfectly and allows me full use of the screen. It is just plastic, so my case has gotten a bit scratched but the phone is in pristine condition, thanks to the case. It really is waterproof, too, as I know from taking it kayaking with me and forgetting that the phone was in my pocket when I went swimming.

I've been in need to an updated case for my phone. The one before still allowed moisture in and I'm not looking to short out am expensive phone. Came across this and decided to go for it. The pros for me"-waterproof (dropped it at Saratoga Springs and its 100% dry)-price is affordable-I got it next day, which rules-it is not bulky!-the screen sensitivity is still there-it was easy to put onI would absolutely buy this again. I hope it lasts.

This is the 3rd case I've bought - exactly the same one for the same phone so I must like it. I wanted a lightweight but waterproof case and this fits the bill. Why three? The front screen cover gets scratched by my finger (nail) and eventually makes it hard to read. This time the cover over the charge port was ripped off making it not waterproof. The one problem that is most annoying is that callers have a hard time hearing me when I'm on speakerphone - I don't like holding the phone to my ear. Works fine if you use ear buds. Overall, for the price this is a nice case and not at all bulky, plus it looks nice.
