Charleston Green Mens Polo Shirt - Made from 20 Recycled Plastic Bottles

My Charleston Green polo is really nice. The fabric, made from 20 plastic water bottles hence where the "Green" in their name comes from, is soft and wicks moisture very well. It's a "thicker" poly blend to minimize chest hair escape.The shirt is REALLY long. They got it right for sure. This polo won't be pulling out of your pants after a swing. Ever.The collar is very nice and crisp. It should hold its shape through many washings.The size is just a little large. I am XXL in nearly everything, mostly to make sure the shirts are long enough, but because this polo is so long, I'm now ordering an XL. Order a size smaller than you usually do and don't worry about the length. All sizes are long.Quality polo at a quality price. I liked my first one so much, I've already bought another, and with Prime, it'll be here tomorrow.Keep up the great work! I can't wait until they release shorts and pants.

Bought this for my husband to see what it was like to have a fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. He wore it the first (only time so far) on a very warm day but was still comfortable. It seemed big when it came out of the package, but was comfortable and fit nicely. He usually wears a large and sometimes lately they've been a little tight so this was a great fit for him. After being washed it kept its shape, did not shrink or stretch out of shape. Any wrinkles from the dryer quickly came out. Great shirt and great idea for recycling. The only negative (which is a bit picky) is that you can't use fabric softener on it. I like to just put things in the washer and not have to worry about which one takes fabric softener and which one doesn't. So you can see it isn't really an issue. We may try another one sometime.

These shirts are bad ass! They feel great. Spandex like feel although they aren't tight like spandex. They do fit loose. I recommend going a size down. The best part is the collar. I hate polos with collars that roll up or just get out of shape. These stay put and don't lose their sharp crisp look. Trust me, get it.

Great shirts. Hubby got two for Christmas. Only downside is, they breathe entirely too well for "winter" wear. He a bit cold. Should be excellent for when it gets hot though. Planning on getting him a few more.

I love the how this shirt feels.The shoulders, chest, arms and collar fit perfectly. I gave this Polo a "4" because the length of the shirt tail is enormous. It goes all the way down past my finger tips. I normally wear an XXLG (Chest: 48", Stomach: 48", Waiste: 40") and untuck my polos. I've ordered an XLG to see if the fit is better with a smaller size. If not, then I'll need to have the shirt tail hemmed.

I've bought every brand of golf shirt known to man, and I've finally found the perfect shirt. I am a "between sizes" kinda guy - I usually have to size up to a XL, otherwise the shirt isn't long enough to stay tucked in throughout the round - but ends up being too baggy around the body. I bought a large based on reviews here and on Golfwrx.com and couldn't be happier - the shirt fits great through the body and is long enough to stay tucked in. Well done, Charleston Green...I'll be buying more of these and getting rid of my old, baggy shirts.

Bought this shirt as a Christmas gift for my uncle - he wears a lot of polo shirts. His wife, my aunt, related that he liked the shirt (Charleston green (shirt color but also the company name) size XL) a lot, that it was a good fit, that the color was good, and that he had it in his shirt 'rotation'. As for me I was sold on the environmental hook of the company - shirts are made using yarn from recycled plastic bottles, how neat is that?).

How cool is that...a shirt made from discarded plastic bottles! I had no idea what to expect but figured I'd give this a try and ordered the shirt as a gift for a staunch ecologist friend. Very impressed when it arrived! ...soft material, well designed, nice color. Friend reports it washes well and I can say, IT LOOKS HANDSOME WHEN WORN. Nice going to whomever put this idea into shape. Saving our planet and looking good while doing it!
