Well made and reasonable price
The adaptor is excellent quality

Good product
The Adapter seems an original Omron product. Was perfectly compatible to the Omron BP apparatus and worked very well.Fortunately the Adapter arrived without damage in spite of very poor Amazon packaging. It came in a thin brown paper envelope all crushed.

Stopped working in 6 weeks
How do I get a replacement for a defective product? The adapter worked fine from delivery date till last week. That's about 6 weeks. Now its not working at all. 'Unfortunately the invoice doesnt indicate a customer service number to call and request a replacement . Is there no warranty from Omron for this?
