I have purchased wired BT earbuds, single BT single bud and decided to try Anroog A8's.I read 5 stars reviews on the A8's so I decided to make the purchase. Then I started to see the ratings drop.Ok, with no questions asked return policy, why not? So happy I did. I can see why some low star reviews.First the quality of the product case & buds is a 5 (1-5 scale). The directions put bluntly, SUCK.That, in my opinion is the cause for the 1 star reviews. People just don't understand how the buds work.These are not as intuitive as Apples. But they are 1/3 the cost! but once figured out they are fantastic.So I really want to address this issue because these are really good. Sound quality is a 5, Comfort is a 5.The issue seems to be, how to connect to the phone. After some fustration and experimentation, here is the program.The LEFT bud is the control bud. The right the slave.You can use either one as a single for really extending listening.1. First charge the buds in the excellently made case. Make sure they are both nestled in correctly.It takes a little practice. When you close the case the charge lights should light up along with the battery case indicator lights.2. For the first pairing... At this time your settings should be open to bluetooth for pairing.Take them out and place in your ears. At the same time press the power buttons on.You will hear a very nice voice explain the buds are pairing.Then pair to your phone. Both buds are ready to go. Turn on the music, podcast and enjoy.Now you can turn off the buds either by just putting them back into the charging case or press either power button.Now time to restart again.Start with the left bud, the main bud. Put it in your ear, press the button.It will hook right up to your phone. You can listen to this bud singularly or now add the right bud for stereo.Just press the right bud button. You will hear "pairing" and then you will hear connected. You are all set.If you want to just listen to the right bud as a single, just start with the right bud. Leave the left off or in the case.You cannot add the left bud as I described above because the left is, after starting with the right, the master.Remember the left is the master. This seems to be the case of the frustration some people are having as I did.I do hope this explains the hook up issue.Sound is great and on calls the sound comes into both buds. Both buds have a mic for calls.I was really surprised that everyone I talked to said my voice was very clear and didn't know I was not talkingright into my phone.One of the main reasons I wanted to get new BT buds was because the few I have don't last more than an hour or so.With the promise of six. No way! After a week of ownership... The A8's seems never to run out of power.The promise of six hours is for real.It's a Friday evening, watching the Red Sox go for their one hundred & second win of the season.I just want anybody interested in this item to understand I am overjoyed!Thanks AnroogI obviously won't be taking advantage of the no question return policy.

I was somewhat skeptical that the earbuds would be comfortable, but was pleasantly surprised. They come with a selection of covers and I immediately chose the smallest.Pairing was easy, although it should be noted as other reviewers have, the earbuds should be paired to each other prior to being synced to your phone. If you have tiny little ears-as I do-it can be a bit challenging to get them into your ears without hitting the power button. Persevere, unless you're going to use one. Syncing to my phone was fast and easy.Noise isolation is quite good, so the paired earbuds should not be used while driving or mowing the lawn or performing other functions that require hearing in order to be safe. You know what you do, so I won't list activities for you.The battery/storage case is sleek and compact, and the earbuds will only fit in one way. I have not verified how long the charge lasts, nor how long it takes to recharge the earbuds, but I wonder if you can charge one while using the other, and then swap them out as the charge becomes depleted. I'll try to update as I learn more.Overall, so far they function perfectly and fit comfortably.

Received these today. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice packaging. It comes in a nice case to hold all the extras. The battery case is about the size of a contact lens case, just a little taller.The earbuds cane charged, which is really nice. The charging cord is included, but no all charger. I have plenty of those so it doesn't bother me.It took me a few minutes to pair then with my phone. You need to decide if you're going to use one or both of them because that will determine how you pair them. If you use both, like I did, you need to pair them to each other first.Once I got them pair, I was really pleased with the sound quality. They are also quite comfortable. I did change the earmuff to a smaller size. 4 sizes are included. I posted a pic with one in my ear to show their relative size.Overall, I'm really excited. I haven't used the mic yet to answer calls, but will update when I do.
