Read the details very closely. The seat is not soft. Sitting you may hve to hold yourself to avoid touching inside of the toilet

It's embarrassing however I'm only sharing this personal matter for those who want to avoid making a purchase that cannot be returned. My problem, the bowl design slopes up abruptly to the front of the bowl leaving very little room for extension of ones' appendage. To avoid possible contact with bacteria I disinfect the area before and after. It's no way I could have known this flaw prior to purchase. I trying to come up with ways that does not make this so problematic. Considering a seat riser however I will then lose the soft lid closing feature. Even though the seat is elongated its pressure points are on the upper thigh approx. 5in. from the rear of the knee restricting blood flow which forces you to get up or make adjustments. it appears this model was made for short people. If I can't find ways to improvise and overcome I'll have to get rid of it. A PARTIAL REFUND AND KEEP it appears to be my only option. I've already paid plumber rates to have the old toilet removed, transported away. Then I had to have the new toilet with its assembly items attached to the floor. To duplicate this process with a replacement toilet brings on unaffordable additional costs I cannot afford as a senior citizen, military veteran on a fixed income. I used the CHAT option just before using the email option. The CHAT puts unnecessary pressure on the customer who does not possess SPEED typing skills. For the company to close the CHAT because responses take longer than one or two minutes is not customer friendly. By the way THE DESIGN IS BEAUTIFUL!.
