As the author of a dessert cookbook, I have reviewed dozens of dessert cookbooks and this book is excellent.Gelatin desserts are very nearly the perfect dessert. They are inexpensive, beautiful, and tasty. They are also easy to make. Everyone loves gelatin desserts. This book contains many great recipes and lots of beautiful pictures. The recipes are easy to follow.I highly recommend this book.

This book is great. It has all of the classic Jell-o recipes you remember from when you were a kid, like Under-the-Sea salad, rainbow molds, ribbon salad. The book also has more modern recipes for the more recently developed "sparkling" jell-o. Great color photos throughout the book. Jell-o desserts had fallen out of fashion over the last few years, but with the retro food craze, I think we will see a revival. This book is a great place to start. My only complaint is that I wish there were more recipes.

Who says that bringing Jell-O as a dessert is not classy? This book gives great detail about the process of using Jell-O molds, as well as plenty of practical and delicious recipes. If you do decide on using some of the recipes make sure you have both a 5 and 6 cup Jell-O mold. I only have a 6 cup (looking for a 5 cup) thus some of the recipes I could not try. Happy Jell-O eating.

Gift for a daughter who turned into a Jell-O maniac Ha ha ha

Bought it for my Mom--she wanted the book. She is a "Jello" mom--loved the book.

My mother had a book like this many years ago and a salad mole at the right time makes the mealand can make your table look good have many I will try at different times.

This book gave insightful tricks and tips to help move you from being a complete beginner, to being an advanced Jell-O maker. I have already used a couple of the recipes, and look forward to using more.

My mom got me started on these jello molds and this is the best recipe book to use for jell-o molds. It was shipped in a timely manner and packaged well.
