I found this to be completely useless. The tips are not big enough, and the wand is to big near the tip to allow you to turn the wand successfully without hurting the outer ear, im sure there are people this would suit however neither myself or my partner have been able to use this with any success

Very poor product and does not the job.The quality isn’t good and the result is just not as advertised. I would not recommend it.

Don't waste your time or money, the Soft Ear heads are too soft and practically useless at grabbing anything.The free bonus gift is more practical and actually works compared to the product.Never again.

Absolutely useless. I haven't got small ears but couldn't get it in far enough to touch anything let alone clean anything out! Don't waste your money!!

Didn’t remove wax, just compacted it and made the ear very sore. Was temporarily deaf and had to book a doctors appointment to get it sorted. Avoid

Tried the product out and it comes in a nice case, but didn't really get any wax out at all. Not sure if our ears just don't fit the product properly or if it doesn't really work. Extra scraper was helpful which came free with product so that pushed my review up to three stars.

These are just brilliant, I've got them for my entire family. Whom now also love them. Great idea, great service and great value. I shall be buying many more.To use they are so comfortable and remove all excess wax.

Worth for money and love it so much. I would recommend this product as it works much better than cotton buds, and included 16 sofe tips which help remove earwax easily and save.
