I use 3/4 c of this blended with a can of salmon and egg to bake dog treats in the tiny celled silicon mold. Makes hundreds of training treats at a time. Tapioca flour releases well from the mold, but I add 1/4 cup wheat flour for thickening.

this is a great product to use to make cheese bread. it is very easy and there are a lot of recipes online that can help in this endeavor. The tapioca flour is usually hard to find in the store, so having this available in amazon has been helpful.
