I started taking this product every third day a couple weeks before taking a three-week trip to the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. I was alternating Silver Fern Ultimate Probiotic (my usual probiotic) and Nordic Naturals Nordic Flora Probiotic Comfort (for the lactobacillus rhamnosus that is supposed to help prevent traveler's diarrhea when traveling) on the other days. I continued this regimen during our trip. I had no digestive issues whatsoever on our trip, despite eating street food in Vietnam and Thailand, and eating lots of raw veggies and salads in all the countries we visited. I will definitely be using this product intermittently at home, and before and during every trip in the future.
