SBS Surf Wax Comb & Scraper with Bottle Opener - Wax Buddy IV for SBS

This wax comb and scraper is excellent. Is is the right size and shape. Others I've used force you to grab the comb on the sharp or serrated side, the SBS comb has a useful handle (in more ways than one with the bottle opener). The texture of the comb is just right, sharp enough to work, but not sharp enough to damage your board. The curved scraper edge allows you to get those little bits of wax that seem to migrate from the deck of the board onto the rails. All in all, it works like it should.

I am a novice surfer and was removing wax for the first time, but it this comb worked great and along with some wax removing oil was able to get everything off in a couple of minutes.

I'm a surfboard wax maniac and change it at least once a month for each board. I bought this product hoping it will stop the comb theets from hurting my hand and was amazingly surprised that it didn't only did that, but i made it waaay easier to remove the wax as it's remover side it's extremely well designed.

Careful when using this on boards with a poly foam top, can gouge your foam if you arn't careful when scraping old wax off.

Boyfriend was using one of my kitchen utensils to scrape his wax off. This was a stocking stuffer and we went up to San O the day after Christmas and he found this tool to be very helpful and it was a great buy! I recommend this tool for any surfers :)

Great for removal wax and of course a beer opener.

This surfwax comb is great. There's a flat edge to scrap the deck and a curved edge to scrap wax off the rails. The plastic is sturdy and this tool definitely makes changing wax on the surfboard a lot easier. I definitely need to swap out wax more often, hopefully this tool will encourage me to do so
