Very well made, fast shipping

These rails are made with high quality materials and will be perfect for my laser engraving setup I'm making. Smooth rolling action will make for high resolution images. This could also be used for a platform for a router setup to level uneven wood surfaces.

Excellent deal, nice product, and attentive seller!

Excellent deal for these. I was concerned about two of the bearing blocks having too much play, but the seller sent out two replacements no questions asked. Excellent service and turn around time for questions was extremely fast. The rails look straight and well made. Should bolt up to the aluminum extrusion easily. The other two blocks slide well, and tighten up nicely. I'm excited to get this into use!

Required replacement bearing blocks

Bought this to use in a router flattening sled. The aluminum base and steel rod/rail are nicely made but the bearing could use some more development. The manufacturer says it is for all types of machining centers but the bearings are weak so I doubt if it holds up with hard use. The ball bearings are held in a plastic race and I knocked 2 or 3 out of their race when sliding onto the rail. It comes with 5mm 0.8 x 20mm socket head cap screws that are too long so I had to go to my local hardware store to purchase 10mm long screws. You better be accurate in your hole layout as these do not like mis-alignment.

Big and beefy are what these are! Definitely not light.

These things are beefy! They are also very heavy, so if you are trying to limit weight these won't work for you. Sturdy is the only word that comes to mind.
