My Functional Medicine Doctor had me start taking these for digestive issues and they have helped a lot. I’m less bloated and feel better. I take 1-2 with each of my meals every day.

I was diagnosed with IBS and have been working with a dietician for the past 10 months. Onions & garlic are triggers for my symptoms among other categories of high FODMaPs. I asked about a digestive enzyme so I could eat out Mexican food again and she recommended these. They have definitely made a difference! I'm still trying to figure out how many to take with certain foods, but I highly recommend them. One note: they DO NOT help with fructose malabsorption, so I'm going to try Fructaid to aid with that digestive issue.

Could not be happier!! I purchased this product to use in my oat milk plans to help reduce the sliminess of the oatmilk and it really has made all the difference. It’s also been a great addition to my pre-breakfast supplements.

This is the first digestive enzyme I have taken, so I have no comparisons. But, this has done what I wanted. It has firmed up my bowel movements and helped with gas. I'm taking them in combination with Klaire Complete probiotics. My naturopath recommended these for better digestion. I just reordered them.

2 in my family struggle with lactose intolerance and stomach issues in general. Lactase enzymes didn't seem to be helping on their own anymore so a friend recommended these.
