This Adapter is NOT for ASUS BluRay DVD Writer
Asus BW-12D1S-U requires a 12V 3A power supply. This is a 10.5V 4.3A power supply.This power supply doesn't look like the one in the photo.Also, if you look closely at the item photo you can see the voltage and amperage have been photoshopped out. I did not notice that detail when I used the Amazon phone app but can clearly see it on a large laptop screen.
