This is a great product for sleeping and you will have intense vivd dreams possibly lucid. I have tried the dosage twice and it works, just takes a few hours after getting up to have the effects wear off. This may be due to the melatonin. But Valerian is good for dreams also. the Artimesia Annua was unfamiliar so I researched it, mugwort, sweet wormwood, good for different things but mostly known as the source of Absinthe.

Gentle and effective
This sleep aid is very effective. It provides a gentle transition from waking to sleeping and has absolutely no 'hang-over' or after effects.I've used many natural sleep aids since getting off Ambien and this product is one of best yet.

Best supplement based sleep aid that I've tried.
As a lifelong insomniac I'm constantly searching for a good remedy. I've abused Tylenol PM to the point I suffer from neuropathy on my feet if I take it anymore. Most supplement based sleep aids don't help me at all. But Claridream Deep has been a pleasant exception. I'm not saying it has been the answer to all my prayers, but I have enjoyed very good results with this product. I will continue to buy it.

Works great

It's Gentle
I am on my 4th bottle of Deep. It works well for me. Deep does notleave you feeling groggy the next day. With Deep I fall asleep faster,sleep longer, and feel better. Thank you for this great product.Billrt
