Great replacement set!
Bought this to replace a damaged one at work. Worked perfectly and I can hear my callers again! I went and bought two more for spares when the other ones go.

This item is described as black in color. It is not black. The item you will receive is medium grey and will not match a black phone base. The issue is with handsets being sold by "ineedITparts". I re-purchased from a different seller and the color was correct. Avoid purchasing from ineedITparts if you require an actual BLACK handset.
