MOISO Full length Orthotic Insoles with Arch Support and Metatarsal Pad for Plantar Fasciitis Design for men & women, Black, Men 8.5-10.5

I bought my first pair of these in February for my everyday shoes and although they felt strange at first they totally took away the pain from my plantar fasciitis. Suddenly I was able to walk again for over an hour with no pain. Recently I have been wearing walking boots and I noticed with no insoles I was starting to get some pain again, so I just bought a second pair of these insoles to avoid having to switch them and immediate improvement. I cannot recommend these highly enough and they are very reasonably priced in comparison with some of the more popular brands. Well worth a try if you are suffering from heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis.

This is my second purchase of these insoles.I have severe plantar fasciitis and originally had insoles made on the NHS which were very good. However after a couple of years these wore out. I went to a Podiatrist who who made temporary insoles for me to try and if they suited he would make a permanent set for £295 +Vat. The temporary ones were not as good as the NHS ones and I then found that the Moiso Insoles were excellent and perfect for my feet with very good arch support.I have no hesitation in recommending these.

I originally rated this 1 star because i didnt read the instructions on cutting them to size.4 stars because theyre pretty good if you're smart enough to read instructions!

They fit perfectly lengthwise after you cut them down but there is a lip behind the heel which kinks and digs in causing blisters.

Fantastic - my chronic foot pain has gone.I spend 10 hours or so on my feet at work each day.I had been getting some pain in the top of my feet which was bad enough to effect my sleep.Since using these the pain was gone after around 10 days.Easy to trim to size.I love them.

you get what you pay for these days , as insoles go they do the job as expected not the most comfortable
