WINOMO Fitness Ab Straps Hanging Abdominal Slings with Quick Locks for Pull Up Bar

I bought these as I have a power rack but haven't got an abs station. These straps are very strong and heavier than I expected. Very easy to put in place. The workout itself isn't as easy as using an abs tower as you don't have the back support but if you manage engaging your core the workout will be much more efective than an abs tower.

The installation steps are not clear nor do the straps come with the instructions for setup
