It's the little pleasures in life.
It's just a little tool, but it's just right. The "tomato shark" small end works great for hulling strawberries. The bigger melon ball end has a bit of serration at the edge, which is good for the job (and for coring apples, too. It replaced an Oxo melon baller that had lasted more than 10 years. That one was good, but I like this one better.

Does the Job as intended. Nice for hulling strawberries. I HAVE used it on melons - but my favorite way with melons is to cut them in cubes. Even so, it worked just fine on the melons. The teeth are nice and sharp.

Perfect fruit, veggie and dairy baller!
Used this to make tomato mozzarella balls as an appetizer and it worked perfectly. Then was able to use the other end for a fruit salad and could not be happier.
