Nice finish
Everyone loves the look it gives a nice finish but I notice when it rains air pockets would appear on the steps. Recently the pockets popped so I'll have to redo that area. I'll still buy it and recommend it.

Avoid at All Costs
Experienced with other products but wanted to try this for 180 sq ft of bare concrete pours 11 mo prior. Base was cleaned and etched several times before drying a full 24 hrs. Adhesive type roller used per mfg guidelines and ambient temp was right at 70 with surface not in direct sunlight.After first two coats the finish was uneven, splotchy, and streaked.Two additional coats and there was little to no improvement of the finished product. The product itself is similar to cake batter / toothpaste in consistency and the aggregate just doesn’t spread evenly within the product no matter what I tried.Now I’m out hundreds of dollars, days of time, and I’m left with a floor that will have to be completely ground and resurfaced.I wouldn’t recommend this garbage to my worst enemy.

it take many gallons of paint to do the job
easy to spread, I do not know about durability. and can see tire tracks after it has dried for 4 days
