Can the 2 extensions be put together to get more length; i.e., I need to reach 2nd floor windows?

The two extensions that come with an order are designed to be used individually for different task. They can't be attached to each other.

Will this extension work with the Vileda Windowmatic?

While the retention strap on our extension is designed to accommodate the various Karcher window vacuum products and their various handle sizes, it hasn’t been tested with third party window vacuums.

Fully extended, you'll get an extra 59 inches.

取説なし＆結構重たい＋1本のポール延長固定できない！

取説は、箱のサイドに写真があるだけで、その写真もクローズアップではないため見にくいので取り付け方がわかりにくい！ケルヒャー公式サイトにも取り付け方はなし！Youtube動画も使っているところだけで、セッティング手順がない！又、２本あるポールの内、1本が延長部分のところで固定できず短いまま。返品や、交換など面倒なので、先端の作業部分を長くなる方に付け替えて使うようにします。(>_<)

バキュームの方は高窓に延長ポールの使用で問題なく使えましたが、もう一本の方は延長ポールの接続部分が1回の使用で壊れてしまいました。何とかそのまま使っていますが、せっかく買ったのに残念です。

The box was open and damaged on arrival, and the parts show visible signs of prior use (scratches and wear). This strongly suggests the item is not new. Additionally, the package was left at my door without proper sealing. This does not match the product listing and expectations for a new item.

Thought how expensive this was . Absolutely changed how I use my vac now. Enjoying using this as it makes it so easy to use now with this. So pleased I bought it and worth the money as it holds the vac so well and it's easily removed with a simple clip what is very effective
