We bought two of these. The mug looks good and is a comfortable shape to hold. The body seems to be sturdy and it did keep the coffee hot. Sadly, though, they both leaked very badly on the first use. When I filled it with coffee I tipped it upside down to check it was watertight which it wasn't, drops of liquid came out of the seam where the body and top meet. I wiped them away thinking maybe I'd splashed when filling and then tried drinking from it. More drops from the seam and when I tipped it up to drink a second time coffee came out of the lid where it screws to the base. I ended up in a mess with coffee dripping from all over the place. I'm glad I tried it at home where I could at least change my coffee soaked jumper - if I'd been out somewhere I'd have been mortified at coffee stains down my front. The second one was exactly the same, dripping everywhere. I'm sending them back for a refund.

Does keep the drink very hot for several hours !!! I was impressed. However this makes it very difficult to drink because it doesn’t allow to cook off quickly.After several weeks of daily use the drinks/teas started to taste like metal. So I had to stop use it and now I prefer ceramic mugs.Good for travel tho as it does keep the drink very hot for several hours.

Really like the cup. I have not tested how it would fair through excessive movement, so can’t comment.Updated comment:Really easy to clean. There’s a section on the lid that twists off.

They are a good cup. You need to let the mouth piece to empty back in to the cup before you close it but then it works well would recommend!

It works fine and keeps drinks hot - as it should - but the seal on the lid came off after the first time I used it which meant it became useless pretty quickly!

Good product and well wrapped. Been well used since received as a Christmas present.

Bought as a present after buying one for myself. Great mug, keeps drinks scalding hot even after several hours - so much so that I have to add cold water when I make my drinks in it! Great value for money - only downside is that it could be a bit bigger but it is the same size as most other brands.

Great travel mug. This is the fourth one I have purchased for family members. No complaints from anyone. They all comment on how hot it keeps drinks and there has been no leakages at all. Very happy customer/s.
