Twigs rather than a hedge
Unpacked box and yes it contained 15 but certainly wouldn't call them hedge plants. They look like cuttings of a hedge!. Going to plant them today and I'll be very surprised if they grow into anything. Some of the leaves have been eaten too. Definitely not what they look like in the photo!
