I absolutely love Viter Energy 40mg Caffeine Mints! The taste is refreshing and not overpowering, making it easy to enjoy anytime. I am so happy I found these. I have been drinking a soda and taking tylenol for headaches for years. I can't take ibuprofen because I have heart disease, and I don't like taking pills with lots of caffeine because I end up with a kickback headache. But, the problem with drinking a soda every time I have a headache (which is almost daily), is I end up drinking a lot of soda, and I have been gaining weight as a result. These mints are so convenient, and I don't have to worry about gaining weight from one small mint. I also have acid reflux disease, and I am hoping that taking out the carbonation and all the sugar will help with my reflux. (I know caffeine isn't good for reflux either, but my options for pain relief are limited.) I do wish that I could buy these mints with just plain sugar instead of the fake sugar. I don't digest sorbitol well, so I am going to have to see how well I tolerate these over time. I tried the cinnamon flavor today, and I really liked the flavor. I am excited to try the other flavors, except for peppermint, which I really dislike. Happy for this option that can replace a soda. Maybe in the future, there will be some real sugar options? Thanks so much!! Update: I’m glad I bought the variety pack. I ended up really liking the cinnamon flavor, and none of the other flavors. I thought I would really like the wintergreen and spearmint, but didn’t at all. Now I know. In the future, I will just buy the bulk pack of the cinnamon because I really do like the cinnamon. Taste is so subjective.

These are pretty nice mints but I don't know if they were a good replacement for coffee. After a while it didn't seem like they were helping very much. It can be hard for me to take these kinds of things because like coffee it doesn't last very long. One day it feels like I'm feeling less tired but if I take it the next day I'll feel nothing. Towards the end I really just took them a breath mints, so not a bad product put not something I would probably buy again.

It's not too little and not too much. *Great for when you know you shouldn't have an afternoon cup of coffee but need something to perk you up. *Great for hotels that don't have coffee makers in the room, pair these with a piece of coffee candy and you are good to go until you can make it to your first cup of coffee. *Overall, stand-out product.

I couldn't find Neuromints, my go-to caffeinated neurotropic mints, on Amazon anymore, so I decided to give these a try. I was intrigued by the array of flavors and the price was right. However, they just don't taste very good and the caffeine isn't strong. I feel like I need to pop about 5 of these, where 2 Neuromints would give me the same effect. And the taste is kind of...dirty?...at the center. I don't know quite how to describe it, but it's not pleasant. I will say that the individual carrying cases are convenient and I keep one in my car for longer trips, which works nicely. But I will also say that I tracked down Neuromints (no longer on Amazon), and ordered a large supply of them. Highly recommend those over these for both taste, vitamin content, and efficacy.

So, let's be real. You get these mints for the caffeine. As far as mints, they are about the same strength as altoids. Pretty strong mint flavor. You can taste the bitter caffeine in the background but it's subtle. That's hard to mask but these do a good job of it. The caffeine does what caffeine does. The 40mg is enough to give me a boost but not jittery. The chocolate mint ones are great. The others seem to be as expected. It will be a nice way to keep a little something in my purse.

These are nasty. The mints leave a weird film on the fingers that grab it. Almost what your feet feels on a muggy dirty hard surface floor. The tins don’t say they’re expired but the color of the mint and tin is weird. Do they work? I don’t know. I Could only try one mint at a time. The mint is sooo strong it’s gross. I only tried the spearamint and chocolate . Hated both. I thought the chocolate wouldn’t be as strong minty, but it was equal to the spearmint. Won’t buy again.

Love these things. And really love the variety of flavors now. I'll be taking at least one canister on my oversea trip next week.
