Can this be used for hydroponic systems?

We do not recommend any of the API products that are for any fish or plants meant for human consumption.

Is this safe to use with Bettas and glass catfish?

I would suggest to treat the plants in a separate tank without fish (1 gallon) to be in safe side. Once the plant is healthy you can use it in the fish tank.

Does this come in pond strength?

This does not come in larger amounts for ponds.

My tank is bright neon green and it's been running for a week with no light. It's also planted, will adding the CO2 booster help my algae bloom?
