I took one with every meal that had carbs, for around 3-4 months. I noticed after a while my tolerance for carbs got much better. I wasn't sure, so when I ran out of this product, I didn't re-order right away. After a couple of weeks, I started having issues once again with high cortisol driving my blood sugar up, especially in the early morning, which would wake me up, and I felt terrible. I re-ordered and already notice things going back to the "new normal" for me.

The image on the Amazon page tells "extract from Berberis vulgaris (seeds)", and that is what I used before. However, with my order of 2021-06-27, I have received extract from Berberis aristata (bark and roots). I am disappointed by this misinformation. For me, the seed extract is substantially more potent (it lowers my glucose level by 14 units better than the other extracts). That was the reason for buying this particular product. Customers should be timely informed on the changes in manufacturing process on Amazon web site.

I had rising liver enzymes & insulin resistance so my endocrinologist suggested Berberine. I musta picked the right brand because it works & this is the one with the highest amazon ratings to. Works for me & I only take 2 per day.

This supplement definitely does suppress appetite. I'm not sure about lowing A1-C levels yet until I take a blood test this fall. 🤞

Just as affective as berberine for blood sugar control. Works great and i love that there's not added ingredients

Works well but bad side effect of constipation

this product is the best for me, curves craving for carbs. Overtime has helped lower my A1c.I've tried several brands. I'll keep going back to this product.

My doctor recommended this a few months ago to help with my blood sugar and results have been good for me. My blood sugar is under control with this supplement.As for the customer service provided by the supplier, it’s been an excellent experience especially with communication. Delivery was really fast and I was advised of the status all throughout. This is very considerate.Both product and supplier works well for me.
