We have a 13 lb Boston Terrier (short fur) and found the standard nubs that came with the collar were too painful for him. These provide enough contact to be functional. We also bought a different collar with an included bungie cord. Like the setup but disappointed we had to spend another $50+ to get something that works well for a smaller dog.

My dog has short fur and sensitive skin, so the normal contact points were just that much too long and not good for his skin. These have been perfect for our use.

I recently ordered a micro educator for my min pin because the small receiver was a bit too heavy to stay put. I typically order directly from the E collar technologies website but once I realized her old comfort pads wouldnt fit the micro I didnt have time to wait for their shipping. For the price these are probably knock offs, but my girl has extremely sensitive skin and these haven't broken her out so I'm very happy with them.

Replaced the long posts that came with the mini educator. Wish pup could tell me if it's more comfortable but definitely less irritation and hair loss in area. I have a doberman with a short coat so still gets good skin contact.

My dog had an allergic reaction to the original tips after several years of no issues. So switched to the titanium and got the micro size as well. So far no reaction and fitment is excellent on my short hair hound. Love my remote collar!

The media could not be loaded. This is how they attach for people wondering if it works with other collars. We have two pits and both require prongs longer than the micro but we have the titanium ones on our other collar just longer and they work great.

Makes the collar much more comfortable than the original ones...
