Best go case out there.
Best case for surface go. Have tried a bunch of cases for my daughter's surface go. This was only case that was both protective and didn't takeaway function on the go.

What's not to like
I've used one of these before, which means that the tablet is still in pristine condition after 5 years. This one seemed lighter when it came but when added to the Surface Go, does make it heavier. If you cart one about a lot, they might look cool looking, but trust me, they will suffer. I don't cart one around but I have cats and sliding things off a coffee table is a good game so a bit of protection is essential. You do get used to the weight surprisingly quick, you still have a stand to kick out, although this can mark the back of your keyboard, but it is a small price to pay. Great looking as well, I wouldn't be without it. Better still, the man of the house still thinks it's the old mode!

Overall case is high quality build but...
case seems flimsy. The stand built-in to the case can be a struggle to open. If the surface is leant on too much or pen is pressed against the screen too hard, the case may fall to a lower level. Good protection all around. I suggest a screen protector to go with this to add to the protection.

Good but not value for money
Does exactly what it says on the tin, and will keep the surface go well protected, but it's most definitely not worth the price tag...

Sturdy and colourful
Protects my Surface Go well, and is very functional. It is not quite as aesthetic as I would like.

Did not do it's job.
I brought three cases for three surface pros. I was recommended this brand and on reciept of the items I felt that they were sturdy. The thick lip around the edge gave me confidence that they would protect the surface tablet if dropped face down, however, 6 months later it was put to the test. The tablet fell from a low table (1.5 feet maximum height), which cracked the screen. It looks like there is a puncture in the picture but this dropped onto a flat surface. I can only assume that the case transferred the energy on impact to the screen, which is the opposite of what it is meant to do. Very dissappointed.

Ottima cover, protegge il tablet ma lascia accessibile lo stand e le varie porte del tablet.

Finally - this is exactly the case I’ve wanted for my surface go. I’ve tried multiple other cases from UAG (the Metropolis and Plasma), but they never quite did it for me. This style of case was available from other brands but I have had excellent results out of UAG for phones in the past, so I’m sticking with them. This version must have been added with the launch of the Surface Go 2, but it still fits the original perfectly. The only fit issue is that headphone jack is just a tiny bit off-centre, but it’s still useable - just might be a problem with chunkier 3.5mm plugs. The big thing is being able to use the Go’s integrated kickstand, instead of the ones built into the other cases. I guess exposing the kickstand probably makes it a little more vulnerable, but I found I just didn’t really like the other versions’ hinge mechanisms - just seemed kind of awkward and had limited positions, which was a shame because the surface kickstand has such a well-designed friction hinge built-in. The slimmer profile was also nice. This is a really sleek case for the amount of protection it provides and, while not paper-thin, it slides in and out of bags more easily than the others did. It’s still got the rugged UAG look, just a little subtler, which I’m ok with. The TPU is the nice matte stuff I’ve come to expect from UAG and if past experience is any indication, should protect it well from impact. The Velcro hand loop is also great - I liked it on the plasma, and I’m sure this will be useful when walking around with the surface in hand. Overall, I couldn’t be happier - I had been wishing for this exact thing; it’s nice to see UAG doing such a great job of iterating and improving their designs.

This is perfect for extra protection on my surface go 3. I wanted to be able to have the range of the surface's kickstand, but have protection if we drop the thing. This fits the bill perfect. It even works perfectly with the keyboard we purchased too.

Worth money
