This is super heavy, large, and great quality. I love the way the copper color looks. This is worth every Penny! I got a ton of juice from half a lemon with it!

I first saw a similar product in use when I was hanging out with a friend. I shopped around and it took a while to find something I thought would be sturdy and last a long time. Glad I found this! I washed it and used it as soon as it arrived, and it is fantastic, sturdy but not overly heavy metal construction. The hinge is has a little bit of play, but not so much that it interferes with using the product. I'm looking forward to years of use. The one thing that puzzles me, as it pertains to amazon shipping and packaging. This came in an amazon bubble mailer. I'm just curious what the point is of sealing the top of the envelope if the sides are split? It's a wonder the item stayed in the envelope!

This squeezer works PERFECT. It is relatively easy to clean and amazingly easy to use. It gets out EVERY drop of juice in a citrus half of lemon or lime or anything that size. If anything negative must be stated, it would be that the acid stains the interior finish even though I rinse & wash it immediately after each use.

This is a practical, strong juicer. It’s really handy for me to have when I make smoothies, because I can quickly juice citrus fruits and add them to my blender. With larger lemons, it can be a bit tough and I have to cut them down a little so I can fit the fruit inside the juicer. It was a bit hard to squeeze the fruit until I cut them down. But most of the time, I can easily juice regular sized lemons, limes, and tangerines. I can get more juice out of citrus fruits than I’ve been able to with manual juicers I’ve used in the past. This tool cleans up nicely in the dishwasher, and I love the copper color. I think I’ll be using this for several years to come.

Unfortunately, this is designed too weak. I really liked it and it worked great initially, it's great in the dishwasher, but the bottom Bowl is too thin and bends over time with use. This continues to get worse, and after year it was pretty noticeable, and now it doesn't really squeeze well anymore and leaves too much juice in. The problem is due to the curved handle the handles touch before the bowl bottoms out. We use it regularly but not a huge amount, maybe two or three times a month, and we're squeezing primarily limes with it.

I grew tired of cheap plastic and cheap cast aluminum citrus squeezers that broke easily when I chose this one. I was amazed when I got it! It's got some real heft and I'm pretty confident that it may outlive me. Didn't hurt that the 'retro copper' looks terrific, as I hang these from hooks in the kitchen along with other tools. All for about the same price as the cheap ones! A real win-win for this household.

Heavy, seems durable enough. Definitely came straight from China though. No labels in box of any brand. Doesn't quite get as much juice out as others I've owned. Sometimes I double up lemon/lime halves to get the extra juice out.

Unfortunately the lower bowl is too thin, which means if you squeeze hard you will bend it and then it no longer closes. Presumably it's thin because stainless steel is more expensive. None of the painted lime/lemon squeezers I have had had this problem, but they have a different problem: the paint chips off and gets dissolved by the lime juice. I have yet to find a heavy duty stainless lime squeezer. So I guess you can pick between paint in your food or a broken squeezer. :-/
