I don't leave a lot of reviews here, especially considering how much we buy off Amazon, but every time I use this flashlight I'd think how I should for it. There's nothing super fancy about it, but it does have three light modes at the press of a button, high, low and then a very powerfully bright and rapid strobe mode that would definitely come in handy if you had to attract attention or temporarily demobilize or discombobulate an assailant or intruder in your home. You can also easily adjust the focus from wide to intense by sliding the head of the flashlight back and forth. It's a medium size flashlight, easy to use and comfortable to hold, not too heavy, but definitely has some good heft and a very solid, quality feel to it. I think that's my favorite feature, which has made it my go-to flashlight around the house. Another thing I like is that it takes 3 C size batteries, old-school, which I like. There is also a lanyard for your wrist, which would come in handy for extra security if you were perhaps going to use it walking around the yard or house outside. All in all, it's really a great little flashlight, which maybe I appreciate even more because it took a few tries, other less likeable purchases and more shopping around to find. Let me try to save you some time, if you're looking for a great, quality built and nicely featured medium-size flashlight, you won't be sorry if you buy this one.

This is a perfect flashlight for a woman to use. It feels balanced while holding it. It is not extremely heavy but feels well constructed. I wanted a battery operated flashlight. When the light begins to dim, I know it needs new batteries. Often rechargeable items just stop working without any warning. Rushing to find the flashlight when the power goes out only to find it isn't working is something I don't want to experience. I ordered my second one to keep in another part of the house. It has very bright light. I have to check the flashlight in my car, I may need another one. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Great flashlight, very handy and feels durable. I like the size of it as it’s good enough that I could use it as a bat if need be. Batteries seem to last a long. Powerful enough to see across my backyard, it really helps make everything visible at night!

Bought two of these in lieu of the Maglite. Very bright and an added feature that the Maglite doesn't have, a strobe mode. Overall, I am pleased and would purchase again. But both (ordered at different times) had a sticky residue on the barrel end. Cleaned up completely with an alcohol swab. But still ...... I would have given 5 Stars if not for this.

Big, bright and just what I was looking for! Has a heavy, solid feel. Very bright, it lights up a large area. Feels like a flashlight from the "old days". I recommend it.
