I have huge sweet tooth but on a journey to get healthier and more fit . This is a perfect middle ground it has many nutritional values. In the beginning it did disturb my stomach a little such as flatulence. There is a lot of powder for the money and I still have a lot left !The texture is a little weird if not blended completely . And with a ripe banana in the mixture before you blend is amazing and creamy.I use lactose free milk and it tastes amazing!

This is the best tasting protein shake I have tasted. It blends well in anything that I have put it in. The most important part is that this is one of the few products that I have seen results using. It is also easy on my stomach. Many protein products give me severe stomach issues but not with this one. It is a good value for the money you spend.
