Have bought these batteries a few times. They work well with the system I favour and last quite a while.Until they don't. They last me a year or two with daily use. At the price, I don't expect them to last forever. They are very price appropriate.

These batteries have lasted beyond 12 months.Vaping quality was the always the same from the moment the batteries are charged until the next time they need charging.I still haven’t noticed the light change when the battery is almost depleted but this is only minor.With the fact that these batteries can be charged via a micro USB cable, makes these batteries an absolute must have.I have been purchasing these batteries for over 3 years and I will continue to do so.

After waiting for amazon to deliver this item, had to cancel order and reorder, it did not work. I have used this product on different items for over 9 years and this is the first time I've had a duff one.

Works really well and lasts for ages after fully charged

When you first get them some of them will appear not to work. DON'T BE FOOLED! I had this happen on two of them, simply put them on charge for an hour or so and then turn them on by pressing the button a load of times (more times than the normal "on/off" operation), it doesn't tell you this anywhere but I have had to do it twice now. These are much better than the old type with the screw on chargers where the thread in the charger used to fail long before the battery ever did, hopefully now the charger will last for the life of the battery and not only a 1/3rd of it.

I bought this many months ago and just remembered about it so I can't speak for customer service, I haven't tried contacting them.After about 2 weeks the thread went. Can't screw carts on. I just got it out in a pinch cause another battery died... If I hold the cart on myself the battery still works extremely well lol.Also, the rubber coating is peeling off all over my hand. This started after a few days.Shame. The battery is clearly up to standard, shame I can't really use it.

Arrived well packaged and in a timely manner.Bought this as it is charged from a usb and not the screw in type chargers which constantly break or the thread wears out on the battery or charger making recharging next to impossible.As for the battery it charges quickly but it don't last quite as long as other similar sized batteries I've had but still easily lasts a full day.
