How do I set the correct time zone for my city in the US?

Find your UTC offset online (NY: -5, DST -4). Type A: Press "Globe" until offset shows (e.g., "-4.0"), press "RET". Type B: Press "Globe", use "+/-" (E=UTC+, C=UTC-; e.g., "04.0C"), press "RET". Note: Manual DST switch required.

Why is the small green light flashing?

Flashing means the clock is searching for a GPS signal. If it continues to flash, the signal at that spot is too weak. We recommend moving the clock to a different location, such as closer to a window, for better reception.

Does it adjust automatically for Daylight Saving Time?

Is this clock battery-operated or plug-in?

This is a Corded Electric clock. It must be plugged into a power outlet (UK adapter and 3m cord included) to light up the display. The internal CR2032 battery is only for "Memory Backup" to save your settings if the power goes out.

Can I use this GPS wall clock in a warehouse or room with no windows?

No. The clock needs a clear view of the sky for satellite signals. We suggest installing it within 5 metres of a window. Like a car Sat-Nav, thick walls or metal roofs can block GPS, preventing the auto-sync from working.
