何でリップの箱は包装されてないんですか？
袋に入れて送られてきましたがDiorの箱が包装されてないので、箱から中のリップが飛び出した状態でした。色はとても良いです。

箱の蓋は開いたまま、さらに、本体には、べったりと手垢のようなものがついていました。普段は、梱包は気にしないのですが、さすがに、口紅は気持ち悪いし、感染予防という意味でも無視できません。返品しました。
