Faulty!
Will not work!! Out of the box, it is missing two of the battery terminal metal contacts that allow the batteries to sent the current. One battery won't even stay in place since there is nothing to hold it in place on each end. WORTHLESS!Can't reach CS and replacement parts are worthless! I've about had it with this company!
