The blade is sharpened by several grades of sharpen stones, making sword very sharp. The sword is full tang blade and its tuska (handle) has two bamboo pegs, making sword very fix and battle ready. The sword can cut bamboo and tree and paper. it is also clay tempered ,making the cutting edge harder than the other area .

The sword came pretty fast from China, this is my first sword and it is a beautifully crafted piece that fits the description exactly and you won't be disappointed. Very happy with this pricey, but well worth it purchase!

An excellent sword, would highly recommend.
Beautiful work of art, yet functional. Tight and sturdy built. No shake, rattle or wobble. The blade is not shaving sharp, but plenty sharp enough to do cutting training with. Excellent balance. It feels right in the hand.
