It just gives a brighter look around eyes. It doesn't tighten like the name suggests. But I like it. Second time I've bought it..

Puffiness and dark circles reduced in days!
Reduced puffiness and dark circles really quickly, even my husband noticed the difference. I was surprised how effective it was especially at the low price - I’d used many natural and organic eye creams before that were quite a bit more expensive.. It doesn’t seem to work for everyone but at the price it’s worth a try. It’s superb value for money.

But does not really seem to improve my bags , which are quite old . Good name tho' and reasonably priced
