New life for shoes
Brought new life to old shoes. Good fit in the shoes, after a short time you forget they are there, other than not having heel pain.

Ok product.
I wore these for 2 weeks after being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and they worked well to cushion my heel and support my instep, allowing me to perform my usual activities without pain. These 3/4-length insoles are made of soft squishy rubber with a cloth liner. Now they are falling apart and l will be tossing them, having replaced them with sturdier units with a rigid structural base providing better support for only a few bucks more. I would only recommend these for brief temporary use for someone who's foot needs only modest support.

Used
First off I want to say feet are disgusting. I bought a pair of Brooks shoes 2 years ago. I never buy shoes that cost that much and usually stay in the $50-$60 range. Almost Immediately my left heal started hurting. I would then put on my old worn out shoes and the pain would go away. Then back to the Brooks and pain. I finally gave away the shoes I paid over $100 for and bought some New Balance shoes the day before a cruise. I knew I would be walking for miles at port, and needed something comfortable. I had zero pain with the New Balance shoes. Fast forward 2 years. I bought an identical pair of New Balance because my old ones are finally wearing out. Then heal pain starts again after about 10 times wearing the new shoes. I don't get it. My sons says it sounds like plantar fasciitis. So rather than give another pair of shoes away I ordered these insoles on Amazon. They just arrived. I open the packaging to find the insoles have been opened. The plastic casing has been ripped from the cardboard backing over 75%. And the little insert that is supposed to be stuck to one of the supports is not stuck. That means someone has opened this package and perhaps used them and returned them. They do not look worn but the fact they have been open means someone could have had their feet on them. That is absolutely disgusting!!!! Negative 100 stars!
