At 55 years old, I have had stomach issues on and off for at least 30 years. Now in menopause, it seems that my digestive issues have ramped way up. Bloating, gas, intermittent nausea, I had it all. I thought I probably needed probiotics &/or prebiotics, but those did very little to help my stomach problems. After doing a little bit of research online, I came across these Now Super Enzymes. They were cheap enough, so I bought them. I have to say that they work very, very well. After about a week, the gas and bloating are all but gone, along with the stomach pain I've sadly grown used to.I'm starting to feel like I have more energy at the gym, and a huge plus is that I think I have lost a few extra pounds on these enzymes as well!The only downside on this product are the ingredients. Please note that, when it says ox bile, read it as actual bovine bile. For some reason, I was thinking that it was a name of some odd natural herb I had never heard of. But, after looking up info on the ingredients, I found that yes, indeed, ox bile really is ox bile. If that sounds a little weird to you, you might want to reconsider. Also, I'm unsure if the gelatin listed is a vegetable or animal derived gelatin. Chances are it's animal based.I plan to finish of this bottle of pills and see where it takes me, but I've also purchased the pure plant version of these enzymes from Now. I plan to start those afterwards. But, so far, I'm loving these things. I can't believe something this inexpensive could be the thing I've been looking for to help my digestion my whole life!

Great item to supplement ourselves and dog, easy to swallow

Everyone is different but this DE helped me when fatty greasy foods put me on the toilet the next day - half the day. I just take one morning & night near my meal times. Although, I'm okay after running out for a couple of weeks, I'm purchasing them again. Oz user too. For some reason the tablet works better than the capsule for me.

This supplement was very effective in aiding my digestion. The pill moderate in size, very bitter and not coated. I would not recommend it to those who have difficulty swallowing pills. Also I found it to be a bit strong. Half the dose is enough for me.

I've tried so many different enzyme supplements to deal with my protein sensitivity to milk (and other foods such as sugar and fat that sometimes irritate me). My food sensitivities are non-trivial and cause excruciating pain. Other enzymes sometimes work, sometimes don't, and most always never work strongly enough and I have to pop them like candy and they STILL don't work! But THIS one.. this is the one. It actually works without having to pop a thousand of them. Yea, they're bitter, but I just put them under my tongue and then when I drink to swallow them I do so quickly without them touching the top of my tongue. And anyways, to even care about the bitter taste, someone in my position does not care in the least. Do they work? Yeah. That's what matters. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I will be buying these things for the rest of my life (unless the aliens give us the mythical 'med beds' I keep hearing about)

Great for my digestive problems.

I got the tablet version, and it got a weird taste. I got it to help with debloating but idk if it helps.

Tried cheaper and more expensive brands, as well as different formulations of digestive enzymes and the Now brand does the best job of helping me avoid bloating.
