This Cheddar cheese has tons of flavor and melts beautifully! It's perfect for totillas, tacos, sandwiches, topping salads and chilie, anything you want to put cheese on.I really like the convenience of having already shredded cheese. The packaging is good quality and I can reseal it again and again.The starches make it a little powdery, but they also really help with the cheese not clumping in time. The cheese remains separated until you use it up and the starches do not affect the flavor.

Expiration was 4 months out! :)
This was my first order, so I was hesitant about expiration dates, but my package is best by 4 months from today! :) Came un-smashed too! So pleased with my fist order!
