Thomas and Holland ® Large Belfast Sink 760mm x 455mm x 255mm

This looks really nice and as a utility room sink I'm pleased with it.Two minor issues. One is that it's less robust than the Victorian one it replaced: it sounds thinner and I think if I drop something heavy in the sink it might crack it (so I bought a plastic sink protector to sit inside). Second is that it's designed to be supported on brackets so from the front you can see, at the base, where they would go. In other words the line along the base is noticeably not quite perfectly flat.

I just got this sink and I have to say I'm very impressed by the quality. This thing is absolutely huge and weighs a ton - all great things! The ceramic is nicely glazed, no scratches, marks, dents and it has the all important overflow weir - not always present in 80cm sinks of this size.Family members are eyeing it up with jealousy - always a great thing.It's going to go into our Shaker style kitchen and be used to wash mucky pots and and pans, as well as mucky children. The company were also a pleasure to deal with.

Looks good. Delivered well. It is branded N&C (Nicholls and Clarke) not Thomas and Holland as advertised but I have no idea if this is a better or worse quality as there is so little info on either online. Time will tell if the surface is durable.
