I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily. It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal. I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes. I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up. So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

Love this red light mat! I use it every day for 30 minutes on level 5, directly on bare skin, plus an additional red light lamp for my face. I choose not to wear the goggles since I’ve read it’s good for all parts of the body, including the eyes. I keep it set up on a bed in a spare room, but it’s easy to roll up and put away. Simple to clean with a slightly damp washcloth and rubbing alcohol (dry before turning on.) This gives full-body benefits all at once. Highly recommend!

This red light therapy for the body is safe, and quite beneficial for recovery, pain relief, skin health, and my general wellness. I use it as a supportive tool that helps me a great deal. It is a high-quality device that I use consistently for the best results. It has the perfect size, weight and quality at an affordable price.

I like this mat. I just find the instructions to be complicated and not easy to follow. Seems like it should be simple to operate. The controller has several settings that you have to click to get it to where you want it. There isn't a way to save a setting for the next use. You get what you pay for. The mat quality is good. It is not leather!! It is made of neoprene. It has improved my sleep quality and energy. It may be coincidental but I lost a few pounds since I started using it. 4 stars because there isn't a way to save settings.

This red light therapy pad looks good.It’s simple and easy to use.It can only relieve mild pain , but it won’t work for severe pain, which still requires professional medical treatment. It also has a slight plastic smell when first used, but if you don’t mind that,it can be somewhat effective for beginners.

Bought this Red Light Mat in Sept 2025 and used it almost daily. Really enjoyed having it and thought it helped with pain in my legs. However after 3 months, I can no longer get it to turn on. I have tried unplugging all the connectors and re-connecting them. I tried wiggling the cord. The power display shows it is on and diplays the timer and the level, but none of the lights in the mat turn on. I don't see a way to get any support from the company or Amazon so am quite disappointed that I spent $100 and it only lasted 3 months. Would NOT recommend.

The section for the neck area does not light up. Can the supplier explain why this is the case.
