It’s so convenient to just throw your saw on it and pull it off it one motion. All that with one hand. Although the alternative is with carabiners, they do require more than one motion. This matters in a situation when you need both hands immediately after using your saw. You literally throw it on their and you now have both hands within a small amount of time. It put off buying this. I think it’s better than the DMM alternative because it’s way cheaper and theirs no gate to fool around with.

This item is great in the tree for holding my chainsaw. It makes it very easy to access and stow. I had one with a gate which usually got hung up on something or I had some issue getting saw in or out. This biner works well and maintains my saw in various positions while in the tree and access is unencumbered.

Good quality and price. Easy to get the saw off and on the holder while in the tree.

Very disappointed...Seller really didn't give any dimensions... So I took a chance and purchased this saw hook Much, much smaller than the picture would lead you to believe... Actual dimensions are as looking at the picture approximately 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall by a 1/4 inch thick billet aluminum...

Wide opening. Easy on and off. I like it!

Great for a working line holder while moving around

Package says do not connected to webbing , only connect to pho leather. My notch saddle doesn't use leather or pho leather.

Used today for the first time, I had been clipping and unclipping a carabiner is this was a game changer. Saw was on and off in an instant, and never did I feel it was unsecured. I love it.
